I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Karen, My siblings and I needed a caregiver that could help with our late father from washing, cooking, cleaning and companionship. Karen came to the house and met with our late Papá and did an evaluation personally. Following day she started right away and made the introduction of the home health aide so he felt comfortable. Since I live out of state, I was in contact by phone and/or email. Karen was excellent, she understood my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way, reaching out to me on several occasions to make sure things were going well and was with us til Papá last days. Beyond grateful for people like Karen though she was his home health aide to us she became family. Will definitely recommend her
