Karen was our full-time caregiver for both of our children. She cared for our daughter through pre-K, and later did the same for our son, from just a few months old until he started pre-K the gap between them is 4.5 years . Throughout all those years, we never had a single issue with her. Karen worked with us from 7am to 4pm every day, and during that time she had the run of our entire home. That kind of trust doesn't come easily, but Karen earned it fully. She was always honest and upfront with us, whether it was about our kids' day, a minor bump or scrape, or anything happening in the house. We never once had to second-guess her word. Her sincerity came through in everything she did, from how she cared for our children to how she communicated with us as parents. We always knew exactly where we stood with her.
