About Karen

I am a NICU nurse with 17+ years of experience caring for newborns and infants, including premature and medically fragile babies. I am a newborn feeding specialist and lactation expert, with extensive experience supporting families with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, feeding routines, and helping parents feel confidentwith their baby's individual needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have specialized knowledge of infant and child development. My NICU experience has taught me to be calm, patient, attentive, and prepared to recognize changes in a baby's behavior or condition. I truly love caring for newborns and supporting newparents during those precious early months. My goal is to provide safe, nurturing, knowledgeable care whilerespecting each family's routines and parenting style.
