I hired Karen as backup care. I posted the job the night before I needed someone and she was one of the first to respond. Her response was personalized as opposed to a standard cut and paste job posting response, so I felt like she took the time to understand my needs and respond to them. She confirmed with me right away via text and was on time the next morning. My 2 year old loved playing with Karen and cried when she left. She was attentive to both of my girls and was responsive and receptive to any direction I gave her. Very positive experience and will definitely hire her again.
