About Karen

I'd describe my personality as kind, mature, and caring. A mother from the daycare I last worked for said her son said I was kind too :) I like working with kids because it allows you to experience more lightheartedness and fun energy in life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work only 3 days a week and meets both the family's and my expectations to making their life easier and more enjoyable. I started working with kids when I was in my early twenties, with it being a mix of teaching, daycare work and caring for them at home. In my spare time, I like to work at a farm nearby with their flowers, play tennis, go for walks, thrift, watch movies or shows and do almost all of these with my husband :) One thing you should know about me is that I am a Bible believing Christian and that is the basis of how I live my life and everything about me. My top skills include being very attentive, empathic, and firm when it comes to making sure things are done right and kindly.
