About Karen

For over 15 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's development and providing families with dependable care. My passion lies in creating a positive and engaging environment where children can thrive. I hold a college degree, am First Aid Training and CPR Training certified, and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Teacher. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and text/phone calls. I am comfortable caring for up to five children across all age groups. I find immense joy in watching children learn and grow, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
