She has superb communication skills, is extremely knowledged in proper/appropriate childhood development, and maintains a very clean home. She regularly served non GMO foods, focusing on healthy pairings and snack options. She was very involved and creative in terms of play, activities, music, and reading... always patient, respectful, and kind. I would recommend Karen to ANY parent looking for childcare. A++
