You provide cleaning tools, organizing tools, shelving, compartments or whatever components you choose to use that is with your decor. Prep meals, run errands, or simple time consuming tasks or even grocery pick up. I do not do deep cleaning. My base pay is $25-30. per hour depends on if we include errand driving and meals. If for rentals $40-50. per hour
