Karen was the caregiver for my mom who was living at home with dementia and required 24x7 care. I have to say that Karen is the most talented and knowledgeable person to work with patients suffering from this terrible disease. My mom loved Karen but most importantly, Karen was so skilled with working with mom, engaging with her mentally and getting through to my mom. Karen's interactions truly maximized my moms cognitive abilities and on many occasions brought her back mentally to her old self! No one ever wants a loved one to have dementia but it's comforting to know that you are able to provide them with the very best care, companionship and quality of life as possible and Karen was able to do that for my mom in her later years.
