We found ourselves in an unpredictable situation this year and needed to hire someone to drive our 15 year old, Autistic daughter to and from school. I posted a detailed job description and upon reading Karen’s profile after she applied, I was so encouraged because I was quite nervous about asking a stranger to take on such a precious task. I am beyond thankful and I feel like my prayers were answered. Karen has a professional demeanor, communicates precisely how I want someone to talk to me about my kiddo, shows love and compassion, is understanding and is completely focused upon what is best for my child.
