About Karen

Hello, my name is Karen! I have been working with children from a very young age and have over 10 years of paid childcare experience. I truly love working with kids. They have taught me so much throughout the years, and I use what I've learned to create a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment where they can grow and learn. I believe every child is unique, so I enjoy creating an environment that fits their personality, interests, and needs. I have studied child development and behavior and encourage self-expression through art, music, sports, reading, dancing, or whatever sparks their interest. I'm a personal trainer, nutrition consultant, writer, and new mom. I never stop learning and growing, and I love encouraging children to do the same.
