She is so attentive and caring. She knows a lot about so attentive and caring. She knows a lot about caring for geriatric people and is calm and understanding. Her communication skills are incredible. I can't imagine a better caretaker for my Mother. We feel like we hit the lottery with Karen. We are so fortunate.
