Karen is excellent! We are so thrilled with her! My Mother adores her. She is always on time, very dependable and flexible, very experienced, incredibly patient and has the best personality. She is so attentive and caring. She knows a lot about so attentive and caring. She knows a lot about caring for geriatric people and is calm and understanding. Her communication skills are incredible. I can't imagine a better caretaker for my Mother. We feel like we hit the lottery with Karen. We are so fortunate.
