Karen has been a loving and attentive full time nanny for us over 3 years. She started when our 1st son was 7 months. She's awesome with infants. She was great with bottles and solids (we did baby led weaning), and cooked for him. She kept him on his sleep schedule and helped with nap transitions. She took him to the park, on stroller walks, to the store, and other fun outings as he got older that he loved. She always let us know when they were leaving and returned, and would send lots of pics and videos. Our oldest was 2 when our baby was born, and started preschool not long after. When we returned to work, Karen was home with the baby and would take him with her to pick up the oldest at school. She picked him up on time, followed all the school's procedures and relayed teachers' messages to us. She helped both of them learn how to walk and use utensils, and taught them a lot of Spanish. She's consistent, honest and reliable and made our lives easier! We will miss her!
