About Karen

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With 38 years of experience providing care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I'm also happy to help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Communication and trust are important to me. I want to help individuals feel comfortable and independent in their homes. I have SOME COLLEGE education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. Ultimately, I want to bring a little sunshine into the lives of those I care for.
