About Karen

Hello, I am a professional with 20 years of nanny and preschool teaching experience hoping to find a family as wonderful as the last one I was with to start with their infant and grow with the family. I truly enjoy spending my days with little ones and love starting with them when they are young to bond, connect and nurture their growth and development. I have extensive experience with infants and toddler and am also a mom. As a nanny I like to follow and encourage children's interest, provide creative open ended and structured opportunities for engagement and lots of free play, dance, music and fun. I am a proponent of minimizing technology, children having a real childhood, spending lots of time outside exploring and connecting with nature and visiting parks, libraries, play places, museums and cultural events.
