Karen has served as our full-time nanny for several years and been an amazing hire for us. She has watched both of our daughters and been supportive in their respective development whether it be writing, reading, speech, or working on motor skills through arts and crafts. Our daughters love her. Karen has a wonderful demeanor and incredible patience but is also stern when asked to be which has also helped with our girls' development. She is also pet friendly where both of our dogs also love spending time with her. In several cases, she has helped us with pet care when we have been traveling.
