My husband and I wanted a date night pretty last minute while at Aulani. Karen was so friendly and flexible as we decided on a good time (so the kids would already be asleep) :) I felt so at ease as soon as we met; Karen has such a genuine and loving demeanor. We will definitely hire Karen again if we visit back soon!
