About Karen

I am an experienced caregiver with a strong background supporting children and individuals with diverse needs. I have worked as a paraprofessional supporting students with disabilities, and I've provided respite care for children with high needs. I am also an RBT, trained in behavioral support and working with neurodiverse clients. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Mexican American Studies and am currently completing my Master of Social Work. My experience includes school social work, medical social work, and previous leadership as a manager at Five Guys. While in school, I have worked along side my mom business as a housekeeper. I bring patience, reliability, and culturally responsive care to every family I work support.
