Hi! My name is Karen and I have 6 years of experience caring for children of all ages, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I believe that communication is key in building trust with parents. I follow their preferred communication method and keep them updated about their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead in this regard. My approach to childcare involves a variety of games and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that encourage learning.
