Outstanding Nanny – A Truly Wonderful Part of Our Daughter’s Early Years We had the absolute pleasure of having Karen “Tatiana” care for our daughter from the age of 1 to 3, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Over the two years she was with us, she provided exceptional care, warmth, and consistency that truly helped our daughter thrive. From day one, Tatiana brought a calm, nurturing energy into our home. She kept our daughter on a healthy routine, with structured nap times, enriching activities, and plenty of outdoor play. She regularly took the children on outings to the library, playgrounds, and playdates, creating a wonderful balance of learning and socializing. She also played a pivotal role in our daughter’s development — supporting her through potty training, fostering her independence, and helping her become a confident communicator in both English and Spanish. One of the most special aspects of Tatiana’s care was the way she made our daughter feel like part of her own family. Her children were kind and welcoming playmates, and our daughter always looked forward to the days they spent together. It created a beautiful, extended-family dynamic that helped our daughter build strong social and emotional skills. We were in a nanny share arrangement, and she handled the logistics of managing two children from different families (and of different ages) with incredible grace and organization. She was always reliable, communicative, and thoughtful — making sure the needs of both families were met and keeping us updated regularly. Our daughter blossomed under Tatiana’s care, and we are so grateful for the foundation she helped build during such an important time in her life. Any family would be lucky to have her.
