About Karen

I have 32 years of teaching experience and have high expectations for my students. I think learning should be fun and engaging. I love encouraging students to read and helping them to find the right book. Teaching math and finding fun tricks and ways that math works is another thing that I enjoy about teaching. I believe math and literature should go together. Cross curricular activities help your child to make sense of his or her world. I am patient, kind, and empathetic and want you and your child to have the best educational experience possible.
