About Karen

Hello! I am currently a cosmetologist student at Paul Mitchell SD. I've nannied for the same family the last 4 years but due to a change in schedule, I am looking for a new family. I care for children with compassion, by allowing open communication, and participating in interactive activities. I've gained knowledge through college courses pertaining to Elementary Education and Child Development. Through family relationships, I have gained experience with babies as young as newborns. I've coached teenagers through sports, specifically softball, at a high school level. I've also worked as a certified Behavior Technician*, serving children within the Autism Spectrum. I am hoping to find a welcoming family that will allow me to expand my background, so to develop techniques that align with Positive Parenting. My goal is to be of service to children as they explore their individuality, while also providing them a responsible mentor. *I do not provide ABA services.
