About Karen

Hello! I'm Karen, 31 years old, bilingual in Spanish & English, and I have an Associates of Science in Physics from Jefferson Sate. My main experience with kids began around 10 years ago in the Mtn Brook area. The first family I nannied for, was for around 4 years. During that time, I was a part-time nanny to a sister and brother ( 3 & 6 at the time). Occasionally, I helped with homework, took them to activities, and picked them up from car- pool. I also cleaned and helped with laundry, dinner/lunch prep. After that, for 6 years I was a nanny for another family in the Mtn Brook area as well. I helped the girls (4 & 6 at the time) get ready in the mornings for school. Afterwards, I helped with laundry, basic cooking, and picking up groceries, as well as driving to and from all kinds of activities. I also helped the girls' grandma and puppy occasionally when needed. I really love working with kids and being around pets, and providing parents an extra hand when needed.
