Karen is great with my kids (boys, now ages 3 and 4). She has been sitting for us around 3 years; some of that was her working almost full time, others just the occasional babysitting. My kids get so excited when they find out she will be the sitter that day, and they talk about her for days after. Most of the time she's sitting, I'm working from home, so I've had more opportunities than most parents to observe first hand how great she is with kids. She's trustworthy and caring, and she always leaves the house looking a little more neat and clean than it was when she arrived. She really gets involved and interacts with the kids in ways that are fun, exciting and educational for them. She has a great passion for kids and she treats my boys like her own.
