Didn't reach out after confirming the booking and canceled last second morning of the booking after I reached out the night before to confirm. I was unable to get care for my dog because of this and it is extremely frustrating that she took the job when she couldn't do it and didn't bother to reach out to say she was no longer available until it was too late and only because I reached out first
