Karen was our boys' regular caregiver for almost 2 years & they adored her. We were all sad when she moved across the country. She has a unique and genuine connection to children that is not often seen in adults. She is able to really understand them and their motives, she's infinitely patient and accepting, she's positive, funny, creative, and artistic. I recall her telling me early on when she started working with our family that she felt her job was to make life easier on all of us, which really stayed with me; and her actions proved that. She was great about proactively cleaning or prepping food or tidying/organizing when she wasn't busy with the kids, and I always appreciated it so much. Karen is very knowledgeable about child development and taught me a lot, as well.
