About Karen

Hello, I have vast experience working with children, ages 3 and older, and adolescents within their homes. Overall, I am a qualified, reliable, and compationate childcare provider. I am a retired occupational therapist. In 2018, I changed my career path and began working with children and teens within their homes and in the community, as a child care provider. I value what parents tell me about their household rules in order to maintain to maintain consistency for the children. I feel that my ability to create fun and safe activities is a strength of mine that children/teens and parents have appreciated, greatly. I ask kids what their interests are. If I am helping during homework time, I provide positive feedback, redirection and assistance as needed. I would truly enjoy speaking with you. Kindly, Karen
