About Karen

I am a U. S. Army Military Police Veteran, a married mother of three successful grown young men, and a grandmother to one sweet granddaughter. I was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Illinois in 2023. My German heritage is something I take pride in, as it has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, hard work, and integrity. In my spare time, I enjoy being around animals--I've participated in wildlife rehabilitation, kitten fostering, and even raised ducks for the past eight years! I have a small dog and two tortie cats of my own. You'll often find me listening to my favorite country music while driving around in my car. I would describe myself as dependable, trustworthy, honest, empathetic, punctual, and kind. Whether I am caring for people or animals, I treat others with respect and compassion, and would be honored to put these attributes to work helping your family.
