I have 40 years experience in the medical field. I was very lucky to have both grandmothers live beyond 95 so I have great experience with the elderly. I am extremely efficient and compassionate with Alzheimer's patient care as I helped with my grandmother as she advanced through each stage. My parents lived in my home under my care from 2010 until 2021. My mother had Parkinson's with developed dementia. I was involved with each stage of her illness. As my mom entered the hospice phase of life I cut my work hours drastically to care for her until she passed. I would like the opportunity to help you with your senior family member. Karen took excellent loving care of my infant son from around 6-11 weeks of age. She read to him, gave him tummy time, sang to him and played games appropriate for his development stage in addition to regular feedings and diaper changes. Karen was always prompt and communicated well and became like a family member. I would readily hire Karen again and trust her completely with our son.
