We hired Karen for about 2 years. She did an excellent job, really taking good care of my daughter, who was ~2 years old when starting with Karen. Karen is dependable and really loves kids. My neighbors run into Karen bicycling with my daughter in the neighborhood and then told me that I have an excellent nanny. They can tell she loves her. Karen is also really motivated in creating new games and activities to keep the kid engaged and learning. Also, she teaches my daughter some simple Spanish. Karen is also always willing to help when I need her for some extra time out of her normal working time. She has been a huge help to my family! We will miss her! Overall, she is experienced and dependable! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a nanny!
