I am 54 years old and I have two grown children ages 23 and 26. As a full time mother, I have over 20 years experience managing our household, kids activities, directing their homeschooling/life learning, and volunteering at their Christian private school. My work experiences include Nanny, Mothers Helper, Music Together Teacher, Elementary Spanish and Music Teacher, and Culinary Associate at The Vegan Nest. I am also able to use basic Spanish and love to sing Spanish and English songs with children. I have an abundance of patience and energy. I am allergic to cats and most shedding dogs, but I have 2 non shedding small dogs of my own and consider them to be my best friends:) I am not Covid vaccinated and do not wear masks. I have not been sick in over 15 years as I boost my immune system all year long with natural supplements. I would love to be a part of your family's journey and adventure!

Karen has been a wonderful addition to our family! As we transitioned to a family of five, she has been an incredible mother’s helper and caretaker for our children (ages 6, 3, and newborn). She brings joy, energy, dedication to everything she does. Her natural ability to engage children in play and fun activities is truly special. Beyond childcare, she takes initiative around the home, helping with kids’ laundry, tidying up, and even tackling organizational projects. She has been a pillar of support during this busy and beautiful season of life. Karen is flexible, open to communication and feedback, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were so lucky to have her and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
