Hi, my name is Karen and currently a nursing student at UTMB. I have previous experience working in pediatric medical office. I am the mother of a 14-year-old boy and the oldest of four. I have been caring for my three younger sisters since a young age (ages ranging from newborn to 14 years old). I provide a clean atmosphere, as well as cooking and snacking. I love interacting with kids; for example walking to the park, reading a book, or watching their favorite cartoon. I love helping people and caring for them. I am CPR-certified and infant CPR-certified, too. Karen arrived on-time and was very professional. She seemed nice, caring, and flexible. While we selected another applicant, Karen was equally qualified and will no doubt make a wonderful nanny. In fact, I suspect that she is probably a better mother than I am. We really enjoyed meeting her husband, and getting to know them as a family. I will absolutely be saving her contact information for future child-care needs as they arise, unless someone else snaps her up before then.
