About Karen

Caring for children and helping them feel supported and happy is something I enjoy. With three years of experience working in NYC DOE schools as a substitute paraprofessional, I've learned how important patience, reliability, and communication are when supporting both children and families. I have experience caring for children ages 4 and up and feel most comfortable working with one child at a time. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through outdoor games, board games, and puzzles. I always follow parents' lead when it comes to household rules and sharing updates about their child's day, whether through verbal check-ins, text messages, or phone calls. I look forward to bringing my care, energy, and experience to your family.
