About Karen

I am a nurturing caregiver and elementary teacher with a strong desire to foster children's growth and development. With many years of experience as both a mom and teacher, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. I believe in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. I am happy to clean and organize around the house if wanted. I enjoy playing games, puzzles, and anything that promotes learning. I also love swimming for summer fun! I've raised four of my own children and have experience with children of all ages, I have taught preschool to grade six for over 30 years. I am happy to communicate with parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I have two of my own dogs. My daughter works at Cape Cod Vet Services. We also have a cat, guinea pigs and fish. I am happy to help take great care of your animals as well as your children!
