I have worked with at risk kids for over 20 years. I am Orton Gillingham certified. Additionally, I have worked w adhd, autistic, and disruptive kids from my background with High Meadows, the Atlanta YMCA, the FCBOE, and Mosaic Autism services in Atlanta, GA. I have been specializing in neurodiverse learners exclusively for 2 decades. I can effectively leverage my background in financial advising and business management to bring advanced data analysis, progress tracking, and individualized instructional design to OG based explicit multisensory interventions. I continually use my analytical skills to identify student gaps and create responsive multi sensory cross content curriculum and activities to master phonetic awareness, fluency, and comprehension objectives while constantly reviewing grammar and introducing new vocabulary. It is my passion to teach struggling students in order to reach grade level proficiencies. I love what I do and my student feel that enthusiasm.
