Making a positive difference in someone's life is what drives me. I discovered my passion for senior care through previous roles and recognized the critical need for compassionate support. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide, I have three years of experience in assisted living, private home care, and skilled nursing facilities. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, and more. I'm also skilled in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I always respect a care recipient's independence. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, following their preferred method. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I also speak Sign Language (ASL). I'm professional, detail-oriented, and calm.
