Karen did not show up and did not even let us know she wasn/t coming

The kids bonded with her immediately, which definitely isn't always our experience with new sitters. Karen is a terrific communicator and we feel so lucky to have connected with her. Karen was fantastic with our 5 month old! Our little one hadn't seen a lot of people besides mom and dad & she was able to connect right away.

Karen was timely, professional and knowledgeable with our 8 month old. She was able to get her to play, eat, sleep during a period of separation anxiety. She also cleans up after herself. She was able to flex her availability based on some last minute scheduling changes which were much appreciated. We recommend her highly.

Karen did an awesome job with our 8-month-old son!!! She was super communicative and reliable, and she took excellent care of him -- making sure he was safe and also being very active in developmental activities.

Karen has been an amazing babysitter for our family! She has a kind and caring way which put our son at ease and she isn't flustered when he has given her a hard time. She is always on time and very accommodating of our schedule!

We interviewed, and I am still waiting for her to respond to me, it has been 5 days today. Common courtesy is that you close the loop after someone has taken the time out to interview and is waiting. 

It was also concerning that her profile and reviews mention she is a "strong driver", but she told us that she does not drive at all and will be taking the bus. Please update your profile.

Karen is WONDERFUL!!! She was so calm, competent, and an excellent communicator! My toddler absolutely loved playing with her and she expertly handled watching him and our infant simultaneously. We will definitely ask Karen to watch our boys for the next date night!

We had Karen look after our 8 and 10 year old for several hours on a Saturday.  She drove through a hailstorm to get to us and even having to pull over through the worst of it, she still managed to arrive on time which is pretty impressive!  Both our kids had a lot of fun with Karen.  She was very professional and made sure to get all the information she needed from us before we left (I may have spaced out on a few things).  I highly recommend Karen!

So grateful to have found Karen! We have an infant and have no worries when she watches him. She is always punctual and very professional. It is a huge relief to hand over the baby to her care and have no worries for an occasional date night.
