I have never in my life needed a caregiver and this is the first time I need some help. It was very nerve-wracking for me . I had so many caregivers that dropped the ball with communication and that's a no-go for me . But Karen did not . She was actively engaged in the texting and in the phone calls calls. She followed through with everything she said she would do she showed up on time and she communicated the way I needed her to. I run my own business and communication must be top notch. I am very happy and relieved to have found Karen I've had one visit with her so far and I feel very very comfortable and I can tell that she genuinely wants to know what I need to have the best caregiving experience . I am certainly going to be contacting her again.
