Karen has cared for our daughter since she was 5 months old (now 13 months) and fit in seamlessly. We have decided to transition our daughter to daycare for socialization otherwise we wouldn't let her leave! She is organized, loving and engaging and our daughter adores her. Karen fills days with walks, interactive play, reading, painting, music and dancing. We are first time parents and its priceless being able to call on Karen's experience. In her time with us, Karen has: - Helped us through reflux and baby led weaning. - Improved the length and quality of our daughter's sleep from short naps and waking up multiple times a night to 2 good naps and sleeping through the night. - Worked with our daughter on baby sign language, mobility, music, object identification and speech such that our daughter hit all her milestones early Karen loves and cares for my daughter as if she were her own and has made my transition back to work so much easier. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
