About Karen

Caring for others is more than a job to me-it is something I feel called to do. For over 10 years, I have provided compassionate care while helping people maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. I have ABA training, as well as CPR and First Aid training, which has helped me understand the importance of patience, communication, consistency, and meeting each person where they are. I enjoy getting to know the person behind the care-their stories, routines, interests, and what brings them joy. I can assist with companionship, personal care, mobility, meals, transportation, errands, and daily routines. For families who desire it, I am also happy to provide faith-based care through prayer, Scripture, encouragement, or simply a peaceful presence. My faith teaches me to serve others with love and grace, and I strive to care for each person as I would want someone to care for my own family.
