Karen is wonderful. We went through a half dozen aides in recent years before we found Karen, who is a sweet person, hard worker, and caring aide. She got along great with two aides we at times teamed her with, was very responsive and respectful with my parents (the patients), and quickly understood all the help we needed - one training shift and she was ready to go. And she was understanding especially with my dad, whose dementia at times makes him a tough patient to handle. We have cut back on aides during the pandemic, but hope to work with Karen again when we bring back visiting aides. We recommend her highly.
