Haydis is so sweet, she is such a hard worker. She goes above and beyond. My daughter adores her and I love how she loved my daughter. I love that she aims to please and never questions me as a parent. I would say to be specific and detailed with what you want, don't leave any room for interpretation. She'll do things exactly how you want if you communicate it.
