About Karen

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my passion for education. With three years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in helping students master Math and English from elementary through college levels. I believe in fostering a love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach to your specific needs. I keep sessions engaging by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and celebrating every small success along the way. I prioritize open communication with both you and your parents to ensure we build a collaborative, supportive environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to building a strong rapport with you and helping you achieve your academic goals.
