Caring, patient, dependable. I love working with children because I enjoy being part of their growth, learning, and development. I find it rewarding to build trusting relationships with children and create a safe, caring, and positive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I have experience working as an Early Childhood Head Teacher in a daycare center, where I was responsible for creating age-appropriate activities, supporting children's learning and development, maintaining a safe classroom environment, communicating with families, and caring for the children's daily needs. I also have experience working as a Behavior Technician, where I supported children with their individual goals, encouraged positive behaviors, and helped them develop important communication, social, and daily living skills. These experiences have taught me to be patient, understanding, attentive, and flexible with each child's unique needs.
