Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. As a Certified Home Health Aide with a college degree, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. In fact I love to cook healthy food for myself and others! I am compassionate, empathetic, and intuitive, anticipating needs to provide the best possible care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I took care of my uncle who had dementia and often played memory games with him . I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and history. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferences. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me, and I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family, too.
