My name is Don, I’m a C-6 Quadriplegic. For the past 48 years I have hired hundreds of caregivers, from first time hires to registered nurses with decades of experience. Karen is by far one of the best. She accepted her job as my morning caregiver. She has done my bowel care, wound care, dressing and attended to all my morning care. Plus she handled my most difficult care, that is dealing with my double kidney drainage tubes call Nephostomy. I found Karen to be intelligent, reliable, and compassionate. She is a fast learner who “gets it” the first time. More importantly she has the personality that I would look for if I were hiring a caregiver as she is so easy to get along with, even with a grumpy old man like me who is in constant pain.
