I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to tailor my approach to each learner's unique needs. By breaking down challenging material into manageable steps and celebrating every "aha!" moment, I help students build the confidence necessary for long-term academic success.
