I was initially seeking periodic care for my dad, a Hospice patient, that should not be left alone. My mom unexpectedly went into the hospital and I needed someone that day so I could be with her because she was scared. I found Karelys who agreed to come immediately on a Sunday night. She was able to come back the following evening as well and I plan to use her again. She is reliable, kind, competent and an effective problem solver. She went above beyond in the house as well. She is amazing!
