About Kara

Hello! I am a current student at UW-La Crosse majoring in Elementary, Middle, and Special Education. I find great fulfillment in making a positive impact on young lives while providing families with reliable, high-quality care. With a year of professional experience, I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of one and 11. My approach is patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. Because I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide swimming supervision during outings. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I prioritize clear communication, whether through daily verbal updates or your preferred digital method. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping, crafts, and travel.
