Kara is incredibly kind and was wonderful with my daughter for the evening. She is playful and fun and also sure to align with the "regular" bedtime routine, which I really appreciated. She asked questions ahead of time about my daughter, our routine, pets, food/dinner plan, bedtime routine, etc. Very professional but very warm and personal.
